Our Solution
Assembly Carriage Concept
We have developed an assembly carriage ideally tailored to the needs of rolling door assembly on trucks. The carriage consists of two storage areas and an innovative chassis with central locking. It offers an adjustable range of the lower platform of 90 mm for flexible use and is equipped with two handles for easy transportation. Additionally, two extra stops, each approximately 800 mm long, have been mounted on one longitudinal side of the carriage to securely position the loading beams.
Technical Data and Safety Features
The platform of the carriage has a width of 800 mm and a length of 1800 mm. The height of the upper platform is 1500 mm, and that of the lower is approximately 480 mm. The decking is made of robust wood screen-print. The chassis comprises two steering casters controllable by a foot-operated lever and two steering casters with direction locks, all with a diameter of 160 mm. The carriage is designed for a total load of 500 kg.
